The famous comedy actor of small screen Ravishanker with a moderate hit from ‘Payana’ Kannada film is now playing what Sreenivasan in Malayalam ‘Vadukku Noki Yantram’ and Karunaas in Tamil ‘Dindigal Sarathy’ have done on silver screen.

The Kannada version is titled as ‘Nanjangud Nanjunda’ and the producer Subhash Coorgi is waiting for the nod of the heroine Karthika who played heroine in the earlier two versions. Srinivas Prasad who directed the mythological film ‘Prachanda Ravana’ is directing this nearly 20 years old script. The film ‘Nanjangud Nanjunda’ will be shot entirely in the temple town of Nanjangud.

Ravishanker of the famous television serial ‘Silli Lalli’ has signed another quickie for director Dinesh Baboo. The title of this Dinesh Baboo film is not yet decided. However this film will be shot in 10 days by director Baboo. Ravishanker will be working with seniors of big screen like Thara, Rangayana Raghu, Sharan and Jai Jagdeesh in Dinesh Baboo film that will be shot entirely in Sakleshpur.
